When I am feeling stressed out, one of my favorite things to do is look at potential vacation destinations. My ideal vacation is somewhere with a beach, beautiful sunsets and crystal clear water. I am not a cold weather girl; it's safe to say there are no ski trips in my future anytime soon. There is something about having sand beneath my toes that make all of my problems disappear, at least for a moment. Yet for now, it's that time year when we are all running around, trying to get our back-to-school routines in order. I don't know about you, but I am in need of a vacation. Heck, I would even go for a staycation! I think this time of year is nuts for everyone, so I know I am not alone.

This summer is coming to a close and fall is quickly approaching. I am so excited to share this look with you! When I found this skirt this summer, it was love at first sight. Jered even said I should get it. When you husband notices an article of clothing on the rack (in a positive way), that's when you know it was meant to be. Each time I put on this postcard print skirt, I am instantly transported to a different place, even if I am going to the office on a Monday morning.

Let's be real, I am not afraid of a bold pattern, especially one with numerous colors. Style tip: pair this skirt with a solid color or a narrow striped top (to keep things simple). You can take your pick, choosing whichever color you want to highlight. I paired with a black top with fun sleeves because I wanted the focus to be all about this funky print. Right now, there are only two sizes of this skirt listed online. It's on sale for less than $65. If you are lucky, you might be able to find one of these skirts at your local store.

My top, shoes, and earrings are not available at this time. However, I have done some searching, and I have found some great alternatives if you want to recreate this look at home. First up, I have found an excellent black top with really great sleeves. However, it has a peacock feather detail. I found these great black mules earlier this spring at Target. There is another pair online right now also at Target that look identical, and they are a great deal for $30. I am thinking about purchasing a backup pair; I have been wearing to heck out of mine over the spring and summer. It deeply saddens me to report that these earrings are sold out. However, they still have them available in greenish color, sandy beach.
