Jack Turns Seven

I should currently be sitting in Ag Policy class but please notice I am blogging.  A certain someone (also known as me) decided to skip class because of a guest speaker.  This is how I see it, I had homework due today and I already had it done and turned in, so why go?  Today is such a pretty day I just want to play...I can not help it.  It is the little kid Lindsey coming out in me.

Speaking of my inner child, I miss my favorite little kid, Jack Long.  My youngest brother who is seven years old.  He might be the coolest seven-year-old on the whole planet.  At first, I was not his biggest fan, but over the years, he has really grown on me.  He is always happy to see me when I come home and always has to catch me up on his little life.  I don't know...I just see a little bit of myself in him and I can't help but to love him.

This is from football homecoming my Sr. year.  I taught him how to do a perfect kiss face.

We were playing on top of the round bales at the dairy farm.  "We are almost to the sky!"

Jack showing off his strength....he managed to pick me up.  Not sure how I feel about this.

It is just weird how he has grown up so fast, I feel bad because I am not around that much.  But when I am at home, there is never a dull moment, it is like we never skipped a beat.  I really hope that I can stay close to home for a little while longer so I can watch him grow into the handsome young man I know he will become.
